Description:
This is a public contract awarded in the form of a Framework Agreement with purchase orders (with maximum amount), relating to the execution of maintenance services for the green spaces of the CCVSCentre, for the following 4 lots:
Lot 1 - Maintenance of business parks
Lot 2 - Maintenance of equipment of the CCVSC
Lot 3 - Maintenance of the Blue Lane Cycle Route
Lot 4 - Pruning and felling
The number of awardees is: 1 for each lot (single-awardee framework agreement)
The CCVSCentre reserves the right to enter into contracts for similar services under the conditions of article R2122-7 of public procurement code.
[Scope of services]:
The places of performance of the services are located in the territory of the CCVSC and are detailed in the CCTP, as well as on the plans attached to the DCE.
For lot no. 4 and as part of possible additional services or possible market(s) similar services for the other lots, the places of performance of the services could also be located throughout the territory of the CCVSCentre, which brings together the municipalities of Chaleins, Francheleins, Garnerans, Genouilleux, Guereins, Illiat, Lurcy, Messimy-sur-Saone, Mogneneins, Montceaux, Montmerle-sur-Saone, Peyzieux-sur-Saone, Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne, Saint-Etienne-sur-Chalaronne and Thoissey.
