Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance of green spaces at the Carsat Sud-Est Headquarters. In accordance with the public procurement code concerning the reservation of markets, this procedure is reserved for economic operators who employ disabled and disadvantaged workers. (articles L2113-12 and L2113-13 of the public procurement code). Only the following economic operators can participate in this procedure: - adapted companies (EA) mentioned in article L.5213-13 of the labor code, work assistance establishments and services (ESAT) mentioned in Article L.344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code as well as equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disabled workers who, due to the nature or seriousness of their deficiencies, cannot carry out an activity professional under normal conditions. - structures for integration through economic activity (SIAE) mentioned in article L.5132-4 of the labor code and equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of workers disadvantaged.
