Description:
A consultation relating to number 2428 having the object of "the maintenance of the green spaces of the commune of Bezons (95870)" was launched on June 25, 2024. This consultation was the subject of a decomposition in three (3) separate lots, in accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10 of the code of the code of the codepublic order. Lot 1 entitled: "Maintenance of the banks of Seine and the old cemetery", was declared unsuccessful for the absence of a proposed offer within the prescribed deadlines. Lot n 2 entitled: "Maintenance of parks, gardens and other green spaces", was also declared unsuccessful forlack of offer submitted within the prescribed deadlines. A consultation bearing the number 2438 having as its object "the maintenance of the green spaces of the commune of Bezons (95,870)" was launched on September 23, 2024. This consultation was the subject of a decomposition in two (2) distinct lots, in accordanceto the provisions of article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code. Lot 1 entitled: "Maintenance of the banks of Seine and the old cemetery", was declared unsuccessful for the absence of candidacy and offer submitted within the prescribed deadlines.
