The services give rise to the conclusion of a mixed market decomposed as follows:
Post No1: Services related to regular maintenance give rise to an ordinary market treated at global prices andFlawable.
Post No2 The consultation will give rise to a framework agreement for mono-attributing order form in application of article R2112-6 of the public procurement code.
Orders orders are executed within the following annual limits:
without minimum amount by period/ maximum amountBy period € HT 250,000.
The period of validity of the framework agreement is the period within which the order orders can be issued.
The first short period from the market notification date until 12/31/2025, then 12 months for the following periods. The latteris tacitly renewable 3 times.

P2: from 01/01/2026 to 31/13/2026
P3: from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2027
P4: From 01/01/2028 to 31/132/2028
