Description:
This framework agreement concerns the realization of services for the maintenance of green spaces of the cemeteries of the city.
In accordance with articles L.2113-12 and R.2113-7 of the public procurement code, this framework agreement is reserved for adapted companies mentioned in article L.5213-13 of the Labor Code, to establishments and services of work by the work mentioned in article L.344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families, as well as equivalent structures, when they employ, up to 50 % minimum of its workforce, disabled workers who, due to The nature or severity of their deficiencies cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions.
The missions entrusted to the holder will be carried out in the 6 cemeteries of the city:
- The landscaped cemetery of Grand St Jean in Puyricard (4,125 route du Seuil, 13540 Puyricard)
- The Puyricard Village cemetery (boulevard de Palerne, 13540 Puyricard)
- The Couteron cemetery (Chemin de Poulasson)
- The Saint-Pierre cemetery and its 2 annexes (avenue des Deportes du Pays d'Aix and La Resistance Aixoise, 13100 Aix)
- The cemetery of Luynes (Chemin des Freres Gray, 13080 luynes)
- The Milles Cemetery (Chemin de la Valette, 13290 les Milles)
