MAINTENANCE OF FINISHING EQUIPMENT IN THE PRINTING WORKSHOP
The framework agreement is single-awarded. This framework agreement is mixed (article R2162-3 of the public procurement code). It can be executed by means of purchase orders on the basis of prices indicated in the unit price schedule but also by means of subsequent contracts which may be: either at a global and fixed price; either at unit prices; or at mixed prices. The minimum and maximum cumulative amounts of orders and subsequent contracts that can be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement are defined as follows:: minimum amount: 20,000 excluding VAT for 24 months; maximum amount: 40,000 euros excluding VAT for 24 months. It is concluded for a period of 24 months, renewable once by tacit agreement for a further period of 24 months without its duration being able to exceed 48 months.
