- The purpose of this market is the maintenance of external green spaces so that they permanently present a clear and well-maintained aspect, on boulevard Albert Premier, on the boulevard de liaison Tourcoing-Wattrelos (boulevard Mauroy), Boulevard Mendes France, boulevard Andre Cambray,Saint Lievin and Esplanade Faugaret, Boulevard Liberte, Equality, Fraternite, the Winhoute area in Wattrelos. This list is not exhaustive and can be completed at any time by the contracting authority. The maintenance of the boulevards will be on the central parts, cycle path, mounds untiladjoining fence or property limit, noise walls, including weeding of mineral surfaces, shales, cycle track cleaning
