Description:
In accordance with the provisions of articles L.1111 1 and L.1111 5 of the Public Procurement Code, this framework agreement is a service contract aimed at the preventive, corrective and palliative maintenance of emergency generator power plants (CGE) including two power plants (CGE1 in LV and CGE2 in HT) as well as a mobile group, equipment essential to the operation of the University Hospital Center - Site Nord Felix Guyon (CHFG).
This is a framework agreement requiring results, with 24-hour on-call duty and requirement for continuity of service.
The services include specifically on:
- Maintenance of the CGE1 power plant, equipped with CATERPILLAR brand generators.
- Maintenance of the CGE2 power plant, equipped with SDMO brand generators.
- The maintenance of a mobile SDMO group, intended to strengthen the resilience of the system in the event of occasional need or failure of a fixed power plant.
This is a single-award public service contract awarded in the form of a framework agreement with a maximum annual purchase according to article R.2162-4-2 of the Public Procurement Code which amounts to:
350,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per year (i.e. 1 400,000.0 euro(s) excluding tax for the total duration of the contract of 48 months)
