Description:
A group of commands was formed between the City and the Social Action Center of SIX-FOURS-LES-PLAGES, the CITY was designated coordinator of the group.
Variations are not permitted.
The consultation established on the basis of specifications common to both members of the group, will result in the signing of two separate mixed contracts, with a global and fixed price part for permanent services and a purchase order part for occasional services with minimum and maximum amounts fixed for the total duration of the contract:
City part: MINI = 10,000 euro(s) excluding tax / MAXI = 250,000 euro(s) excluding tax
CCAS part: MINI = 5,000 euro(s) excluding tax / MAXI = 100,000 euro(s) excluding tax
The services consist of maintenance of installations including periodic checks and repairs of small parts as well as one-off operations (parts major defects and assistance during inspection visits), corrective maintenance work in the light of safety studies, safety work in the light of five-yearly inspections as well as safety, compliance, modernization and extrication on elevators, PRM elevators and freight elevators in municipal buildings
