Description:
The services are paid by unit and flat prices.
The airport company Guadeloupe Pole-Caraibes (SAGPC) wishes to entrust to an external service provider (called the holder in this document) the operation and maintenance of the elevator equipment and mechanical staircases of Pointe-a-Pitre airport, in order to:
-Do guarantee its continuity of service,
-Apses the reliability and maintainability of equipment,
-Putimize their lifespan,
-At to ensure the safety of goods and people,
-Degish costs.
To respect this objective, the holder must:
-realize all services in compliance with the requirements of this contract,
-tase an organization to deal with its contractual obligations,
-Ensure total transparency in the execution of the contract in close relation with the SAGPC in order to establish mutual confidence.
-Respect the decrees, decrees and standards in vigueurs.
