- The purpose of this consultation is to maintain elevators and elevators of Grand Bourg Habitat. The framework holder must be able to ensure the execution of all the preventive and corrective maintenance services of the devices equipping the Degrand Bourg sitesHabitat. The real estate heritage of Grand Bourg Habitat concerned by this framework agreement is distributed over the agglomeration of Bourg-en-Bresse (01). The list of devices concerned by the market is given, as an indication and appears in appendix 1 attached to the consultation file. It should be notedthat the framework agreement has a recuperation clause relating to the evolution of the number of device to be maintained (addition or withdrawal).
