Description:
The subject of this framework agreement aims to entrust the maintenance services of the generators of the establishments of the GHT Hospitals of Provence.
The composite, mono-attribute framework agreement, with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the decomposed public procurement code as follows:
Each batch includes two 2 parts:
- 1 part in ordinary market concluded at a global and flat-rate price (on the basis of the DPGF): for preventive maintenance
- 1 part in the form of the framework agreement executed by the issue ofOrder fittings (on the basis of the BPU) with maximum amount in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code: for corrective maintenance.
The lot 1 is passed with a maximum annual amount of 1,272,500.00 euro (s) ht for theShare framework agreement to order formal.
Lot 2 has passed with a maximum annual amount of 1,552,500.00 Euro (s) HT for the framework agreement to order formal.
During the notification of the market, the service will concern APHM, CH of Aubagne, CH Edouard Toulouse, CH Valvert, CH Martigues, CH of the countrySalonais, CH la Ciotat for lot n 1.
During the notification of the market, the service will concern the APHM, CH of Aubagne, CH Edouard Toulouse, CH Martigues, CH of the Pays Salonais for Lot No. 2.
