* Award procedure See article 2-2 of the RC:
The consultation was carried out by open call for tenders in application of articles L2124-2, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code.
* Form of the contract See article 2-3 of the RC:
This consultation will result in three contracts concluded at a price mixed. Preventive maintenance services (visits including travel) will be handled at fixed prices;
Corrective/curative/troubleshooting maintenance services will give rise to a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount. Agreement prices framework are processed at unit prices multiplied by the quantities actually executed according to the unit prices indicated in the unit price schedule and on quotation for services/supplies not appearing in the BPU.
