Description:
EDF production plants are equipped with energy evacuation stations. These stations are either of so-called aerial technology or of metal-encased technology.
Edf wishes to set up a maintenance market for metal-encased substations, the majority of the fleet is brandedMerlin Gerin, Siemens and Alstom, the voltage level varies from 63kV to 400kV. The majority of these stations were designed and commissioned in the 1980s and require regular maintenance.
Lot 1 Nuclear sites with PSEM of H9, H10, HB10m technology
The object of this contract is maintenancelevel 4 on Substations Under Metal Envelopes as defined in standard NF transformer,
- removals and repairsjoints of fishplates, cable boxes or terminal boxes,
- removal or refitting of covers,
- SF6 gas treatments
- replacement of densistat coupler
These services will not include the supply of specific parts other than consumables such as gaskets, screws,shydratant….
Certain parts may be supplied by EDF depending on the nature of the work, such as densistats, overpressure membranes.
