Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure the maintenance, developments and associated services relating to the electronic document management software (EDM) ALFRESCO.
As part of this framework agreement, the holder must ensure:
- Maintenance services (corrective, scalable, adaptive/maintenance in safety and regulatory conditions).
- Telephone assistance and support services.
The Savoy Department In 2015, the Open Source of Electronic Document Management Management (EDM) Alfresco Content Services was equipped in 2015. This solution integrated into son Information system aims to optimize and rationalize the management of the various documents that services produce or use in the context of their activities, including documents shared with external partners.
The Alfresco Content Services solution is used in production Since 01/01/2017 for management

- Accounting supporting documents (by interface with Grand-Angle software),

- Reports and deliberations of the Departmental Council (by interface with the Oxyad software),
