Description:
Minimum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 3500000.0 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The form of the price is determined by subsequent market. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the all renewal periods. This contract concerns a framework agreement, for road maintenance work on the departmental road network for sites where the tonnage of asphalt is greater than 1,500 tonnes. The attention of operators economics is drawn to the fact that the Morbihan department also has a framework agreement with purchase orders for the construction of asphalt projects less than or equal to 1,500 tonnes. If the latter market will be favored for the realization works requiring a tonnage of bituminous products less than 1500 T the department of Morbihan reserves the right for certain specific sites to use this contract for these tonnages less than 1500T. Finally for certain operations more important, particularly in the context of new operations, specific consultations may be launched. The choice of contract used for maintenance work on departmental roads is therefore solely the decision of the project owner.
