In detail, the subject of the framework agreement concerns: -Annual preventive maintenance of generating sets (at a fixed price) -Curative maintenance of generating sets including small repairs, rental, repair and change of equipment or Spare Parts AndRental of Equipment (At Unit Prices) This is a Composite Framework Agreement Entered into Pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 TO R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code Partly Executing in the Ordinary Market: Maintenance of Generating Sets and the OtherParty in a Purchase Order Framework Agreement with a Maximum Annual Amount Excl. VAT of 38,500 Euros: Small Troubleshooting Work, Repair, Rental and Change of Equipment or Spare Parts (Other Than Maintenance). The Market with Ordinary Part and Part Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders Is Attractedbased on one and the same economic operator, the framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
