- The purpose of this contract is the operation, monitoring and routine maintenance as well as repairs and replacements of installations, located in the territory of the Lyon metropolitan area, described in appendix no. 1 of the CCTP, mainly comprising: -them heat production installations and their annexes, -electric heating installations providing the base and in certain cases the backup, -the domestic hot water distribution networks and their looping up to the front shut-off valves housing meters, heat distribution networks up to the emitters including their taps, shut-off valves, adjustment tees and traps, -DHW production facilities, -lift pumps in technical premises, equipment water treatment, disconnectors, suppressors, etc. -double flow equipment. The holder is responsible for providing Lyon Métropole Habitat tenants with the best service and comfort (heating and DHW) as well as research energy savings. It is possible to submit an offer for one lot or several lots. However, the same service provider cannot be awarded more than 4 lots subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers.
