- Maintenance, cleaning of premises and windows of buildings in the agglomeration of the Compiegne region and low fall in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2113-10 and R. 2113-1 of the public procurement code, the market is broken down into 2 lots, as follows:-Lot n 1: Maintenance and cleaning of premises of 6 buildings, - lot n 2: maintenance and cleaning of the windows of 7 buildings. Each batch will be the subject of a separate market. This market is not subject to any decomposition in tranche The market is concluded at a flat price (DPGF) It is also concluded at prices Unit (BPU) for occasional services with the fixing, for these last services of a maximum financial over the total duration of the market up to: - 8,000 euros excl. Tax for lot n 1, - 2000 euros HT for lot n 2. The use of prices listed in the price slip will take the form service orders sent to the holder by any written means.
