Place of execution: The services may take place in the premises of buildings and places identified in the CCTP specific to each lot, as well as in the buildings which can be attached later to Saint-Louis Agglomeration. Lots 1 to 5 give rise to a composite market:
- detailed services in the DPGF tab of the financial document give rise to a simple public market concluded for a global and flat -rate price.
- THE Detailed services in the Firseaux Prices of the Financial Prices Berlet tab give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 50,000 Euro (s) HT annual, in application of items L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of Public procurement code.
Lot n 6 gives rise to a framework agreement with orders concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 100,000 euros (s) HT annual, in application of articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the order code Public
