Description:
The purpose of this public market is to maintain the inverter of the Constructys headquarters (75010 Paris).
Consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2123-1-2 , R.2123-1-3 , R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7public.
This is a framework agreement fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed as the order is issued (articles L.2125-1 1 , R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code).
This framework agreement is mono-attribute.In article R.2162-4 2 of the public procurement code, it is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 60,000 euro (s) excl.The latter is posterior to July 1, 2025, for a period of twelve months.
Indeed, Constructys currently has a maintenance contract for its inverter and this, until June 30, 2025.
At the end of this first contractual period, the public market is tacitly renewable3 times one year per new period of 12 months.
The forecast date for the framework agreement is scheduled for June 17, 2025
