Description:
This contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from its date of notification and is expressly renewable twice. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 3 years. Market financing: funds owned by the City of Ales. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days. Application of default interest (BCE increased by 8 points) and fixed compensation for recovery costs of 40 euro(s). Price variation: revised annually in the event of renewal. The groups joint or several companies are admitted. The agent must be duly designated in the application letter or in the DUME and cannot represent in this capacity more than one group for the same contract. In the event of a joint grouping, the common representative of the joint grouping will be jointly with each of the members of the group for their contractual obligations towards the public entity for the execution of this contract. Applicants are prohibited from submitting multiple offers while acting both as individual applicants and as members of one or more groups or as members of several groups. No variations accepted. Award criteria: The most economically advantageous offer assessed according to the criteria set out in the specifications (Regulations of the Consultation).
