Description:
This framework agreement is enforceable from January 1, 2026 or from its date of notification to the holder if this is later, until 12/31/2026. It may then be subject to 3 tacit renewal(s) of one year on January 1st of each year without its term being able to exceed on 12/31/2029. The service provider cannot object to this. Any decision not to renew will be notified within a maximum period of 2 months before the end date of the period in question and will not entitle the holder to compensation. Early renewal may also take place in case of reaching the maximum amount during said period. In this case, written notification of the renewal will be sent to the holder. As this is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations, purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of the this framework agreement.
