The purpose of this market is maintenance and technical exploitation such as service and package with interest (PFI) for the sites of the two aquatic centers of La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration.
This honest market:

-The preventive and corrective maintenanceand small maintenance work (P2),
-thos of major maintenance and the renewal of equipment with total warranty (P3 Ger) on technical installations of water treatment, production of heat, cold and domestic hot water, heating and air treatment, plumbing, plumbing, plumbing, plumbing, plumbing, plumbingSanitary, strong current and low current.
-The supply and wood granued installation of the Southern swimming pool boiler room as part of a compulsory additional service (PSE).of interest concerns the consumption of water, electricity, gas or wood.
The initial duration of the market is fixed at 48 months firm from January 15, 2026.
As soon as the notification (envisaged in October 2025), the holder will make every effort to execute services fromof January 15, 2026.
