- detailed services in the "DPGF" tab of the financial document give rise to a simple public market concluded for flat prices. They constitute the lump sum part of the mixed market. ThisParty is estimated at 70,000 euros (s) HT annual, or 280,000 euros (s) excluding all renewals included.
- Detailed services in the "Unit Prices" tab "of the financial document give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without an annual minimum amount and fora maximum annual amount of 150,000 euros HT, in application of articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the public procurement code. They constitute the part of the mixed market order. The amounts are identical for each renewal period.
