Description:
The purpose of this contract is the corrective maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment, materials and appliances, water fountains and kitchen softeners within various municipal buildings. The equipment from the sports and cultural buildings and the Municipal Technical Center will also be subject to preventive maintenance. This contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the Code throughout the consultation documents. Qualified as a service contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG Supplies Current and Service approved by Order of March 30, 2021. It was awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. It constitutes a framework agreement for purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum period of four years, renewals included. As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The maximum total value of the contract is 720,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, taking into account of its duration and possible renewals, i.e. 180,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year, to which is added the overall and fixed price of preventive maintenance services concerning the sports, cultural and Municipal Technical Center buildings listed within the price breakdown gl...
