- This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code. It is a framework agreement with orders and a lump sum. The order in order is processed without minimum, with a maximum of 1,000,000.00 HT for lots 1 and 2, and 240,000.00 HT for lot 3 on the total duration of the framework agreement as provided for in article 1.2 of these consultation regulations and concluded with an economic operator. Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots. The same candidate may be awarded a maximum number of 1 lot.
