- The market concerns the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services of equipment, elevators, highlights, lifting platform, mounts files, equipping the university group Paris Psychiatry and neuroscience. GHU wants equipment maintenance The subject of this contract, allows an optimal level of service, a maintenance in good condition of the installations both at the technical level. This market is a market with the obligation of means and results with regard to the level of performance of the facilities.
Maintenance and repair elevators and groups of GHU Paris Psychiatry and Neuroscience
The contract for these devices will be full. Maintenance will consist of twelve annual maintenance visits by device. (2 visits for platforms and elevators).
The contract imposes the monthly postponement by the holder to the contracting authority of the facts intervened on each installation (interview, breakdowns, outstanding ...) by meetings, documents. The market holder must inform all Interventions on the GMAO Maintenance software from GHU.
The market holder will also assist the responsible control body (s) of verification operations within the framework of regulatory controls.
