- Description:
- The purpose of the framework agreement is the maintenance and improvement of the Department's engineering structures, for the period 2026-2029. It includes two lots. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount, executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and/or the issuance purchase orders under the conditions set out in the specifications. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation and will be multi-awarded. Services are regulated by unit prices. Each framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from 01/01/2026 or its date of notification if later, and is tacitly renewable three times. When awarding subsequent contracts, the buyer reserves the possibility of integrating a social integration clause or criterion, if the subject and duration of the subsequent contract allow
