- Description:
- The purpose of this market is to entrust to an approved specialized company, the maintenance and regulatory control services for fire safety equipment in the buildings of the city of Saint-Chamond. This consultation falls under the public procurement code entered into vigor on April 1, 2019 and is carried out in the so-called open procedure (without pre-selection of candidates) in application of article R2123-1 of the said code. It is a framework agreement of service, mono-attribute services, in application of articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. There is no minimum annual amount of services. The maximum annual amounts excluding tax taxes are set at: lot 1: 14,000.00 euros (s) H.T. Lot 2: 12,000 Euro (s) H.t Lot 3: 6,000 Euro (s) H.T
