MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THERMAL & HEATING INSTALLATIONS IN MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS
STANDARD CONTRACT P2
The purpose of this contract is the maintenance and operation of thermal and air conditioning installations in municipal buildings.
This is a P2 type operating contract with an obligation to result, including in particular the following services:
-Operating and monitoring equipment
-Adjustment and routine maintenance
-Small repairs and small supplies
-Regulatory controls
Maintenance and operation as well as regulatory controls are at a fixed price. In In this context, the service provider must be responsible for replacing all parts or supplies whose unit amount is less than or equal to €250 excluding tax.
Troubleshooting services or the supply and installation of parts not covered by flat-rate maintenance are paid by unit price. and will be ordered by issuing purchase orders.
The maximum annual amount for all services ordered by purchase order is set at €40,000 excluding tax.
