- SEMMARIS wishes to entrust the contract holder with the operation and maintenance of its cold production, distribution and emission installations in the buildings of the Rungis International Market (10 buildings with significant cold installations and various technical installations).s in the MIN).
Among these buildings, 6 are under health approvals. The operation and maintenance of the equipment concerned must be carried out taking into account the regulatory texts in force.
Certain installations are also subject to an ICPE regime: section 2921 for TBAir-cooling units, section 4735 for ammonia-based cold production, sections 1185 and 4802 for Fluorine-based refrigerants.
In addition, for other buildings (around 15 buildings), the incumbent will ensure the operation and maintenance of the thermal installationse distribution and emission of heating, extract ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, domestic hot water and smoke extraction, particularly in a high-rise building (High-Rise Building).
The holder will have an obligation of result concerning the maintaining contracted temperatureslly defined. Maintenance and operation must make it possible to guarantee the durability of the equipment and ensure the continuity of service of the installations with a permanent concern for functional and economic efficiency.
