•The management and operation of technical installations as defined in §7.1.7 of the CCTP
•Preventive and corrective maintenance of building equipment and infrastructure included within its scope as defined in §7.2 of the CCTP
•Optimization of the energy performance of entrusted installations as defined in §7.3 of the CCTP
•Specific replacement operations equipment as defined in 7.2.16 of the CCTP
