- This consultation was carried out following an open call for tenders procedure, in application of articles L.2124-1 and 2 and R.2124-1 and 2-1 and R.2161-1 to 5 of the public procurement code.
This is a composite public market comprising:
-A part passed in the form of an ordinary market corresponding to preventive, curative and adaptive maintenance settled by application of the annual fixed price appearing in the act of commitment and broken down in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (D.P.G.F.).
-A part passed in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount, issued as the need arises, in accordance with articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14, of the Public Procurement Code. This part only concerns lots 2 and 3 (additional services or specific) as well as lot 4 (assistance on DBMS).
For each of the lots, this is a contract concluded with a single economic operator.
For each lot, the contract is concluded for a total duration of 4 years from its notification date. Notification occurs by any means allowing to determine with certainty the date and time of its receipt. Details of the execution time are indicated in article 6.2 of the CCAP
