- The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and maintenance of refrigeration and kitchen equipment for establishments parts of GHT Haute-Bretagne. This consultation is allotted and has 3 lots. Lot 1: Maintenance and maintenance of refrigeration installations and kitchen equipment from CH of Vitre. Lot 2: Maintenance and maintenance of refrigeration installations and kitchen equipment from the Fougeres CH. Lot 3: Maintenance and maintenance of refrigeration installations and kitchen equipment from CH CH from La Roche to Fees. The public market is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when the order form is issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The public market is mono-attribute. The public market includes : - a share of predictable services concluded at a global and flat -rate price; - A share of non -programmable services concluded at unit prices. All the services that can be performed are described in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) specific to each lot. Inventories specific to each batch listed the equipment to be maintained.
