Description:
The purpose of this maintenance contract is to ensure the maintenance of the performance of photovoltaic power plants at their best level of production over time and to better assess and prevent technical operating risks. The provider provides the maintenance and repairs of facilities.
During the market, the heritage of the department can be subject to development. The maintenance services of new facilities will be under the conditions provided for in the BPU.
The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders with a minimum threshold and a maximum threshold per lot.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
