Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to maintain the heritage elevators of Grandlyon Habitat.
It is an ordinary market.
A first consultation (ref. S-PF-1635012) was launched in April 2025 and lots 2 and 8 were declared without follow-up.
Maintenance services concern Geographic sectors divided into 8 lots.
This consultation only concerns prizes 2 and 8.
A revisable mixed price market will be awarded, by lot, entrusted to a single company or a group.
It consists of two parts: a part treated at a global and flat -rate price and a Part treated at unit price without minimum amount for all lots.
The maximum amount per lot is indicated in article 2.5 of the consultation regulations (R.C).
For the part at a unit price, the market will run as you go through the order for order orders.
The market takes effect at from January 1, 2026 for a period of 4 years
