Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance of the heritage elevators of Grandlyon Habitat.
This is an ordinary market.
Maintenance services concern the geographic sectors divided into 8 lots.
It will be awarded a market at a revisable mixed price, by Lot, entrusted to aSingle company or a group.
It consists of two parties: a part treated at a global and flat price and a part treated at a unit price without minimum amount for all lots.
The maximum amount per lot is indicated in article 2.5 of the consultation regulations (R.C).
For the partAt a unit price, the market will run as you go through ordering ordering.
In the event of a group of companies, the form of grouping imposed by Grandlyon Habitat for market development will be that of the solidarity group.
The market takes effect from January 12026 For a period of 4 years
