The service provider will provide, on all technical installations, the following services: - preventive maintenance according to the standards of manufacturers; - corrective maintenance; - Conservatory measures to guarantee a minimum of comfort in the users in the event of a extended failure For example, parts supply problems. - the provision of intervention reports; - associated services; - the supply of consumable products such as: refrigerant, glycol, water treatment products, salts for softener,…; - Management and supply stock of replacement products and parts; - Updating documents (safety registers, plans, notices, maintenance notebooks, equipment list). - cleaning of technical rooms; - support for experts in regulatory checks. The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "framework agreement with order formal". The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. Estimated amounts are indicative and include all periods of renewal
