This consultation is the revival of a previous procedure declared without continuation for the reason of general interest.
This consultation will be the subject of a "composite" framework agreement (mixed) concluded with a single economic operator, including a part treated in the form of an ordinary market,and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with order orders. The "ordinary market" part concerns the conventional (or regular service) services listed at the CCTP. The part "framework framework for order orders" corresponds to a framework agreement with maximum, passed in application of the codeof the public procurement, which sets the conditions for performing services and executed as the order of purchase orders
