This consultation concerns the work of maintenance and improvement of colleges and buildings of the VAR department - heating, ventilation and air conditioning - Relaunch of the Lot 3 Technical pole of Saint Maximin which was relaunched following the declaration without continuation of the previous procedure forreason for general interest. Lots 1, 2 and 4 were allocated during the tender commission which was held on May 07, 2025. As an indication, it can be provided that the work will start towards the second half of 2025. The financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget. THEMarket has passed according to the formalized procedure of the open tender brought in application of articles R. 2124-1. to R. 2124-2. 1 CCP.
This consultation will be subject to a framework agreement with mono-attribute order form in accordance with articles r. 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13 and R.2162-14. CCP. The variants in relation to the object of the market are not authorized
