Description:
This consultation concerns the work of maintenance and improvement of the built and not built heritage of the VAR department - electricity - strong current and low current. It concerns lots 1 and 2 relaunched due to declaration without follow -up for reasons of general interest of the initial procedure relating to these 2 lots. It can be provided that the work will start in the 1st quarter of 2026. The markets have passed according to the formalized procedure of the open tender passed under articles R. 2124-1. to R. 2124-2. 1 CCP. They will be concluded in the form of a mono-attribute market to order orders in accordance with articles r. 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. and R. 2162-14. CCP. The financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget. The variants compared to the object of the market are not authorized.
