• The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders, and concerns in particular the upkeep and maintenance: - For preventive and curative purposes of inverter equipment and generators present at the Pyramids and at the Hôtel du Département ensuring the protection of the server rooms of the Cher Departmental Council - At the request of the project owner for preventive and curative purposes of the fleet of small inverters present on all the sites of the Cher Departmental Council This contract has entered into procedure adapted open. The single-awardee framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded from 06/30/2026 and tacitly renewable 4 times, three for a period of one year, and a final period from 01/01/2030 to 06/29/2030.
