- The purpose of the contract is to carry out maintenance and disinfection services for the premises and glazing of the ARTE GEIE head office located in Strasbourg, an annex building located next to the main building (called Octroi) as well as the emergency site located in Kehl (Germany).
Maintenance and disinfection of offices, toilets and audiovisual equipment such as clean rooms
Lot No. 1 concerns:
- maintenance and disinfection of offices and sanitary facilities for audiovisual equipment such as clean rooms in the main ARTE building, the concession and the Kehl emergency site ;
This service concerns around ten meeting rooms as well as a cafeteria. The number of meetings per day is on average 15 to 25 (excluding pandemic periods);
- a multi-service service . This service will extend over 5 days per week, 7 hours per day, 47 weeks a year. The services will include the following: small office fittings, events (setting up displays, kakemono, small sound system, illuminated letters, handling of furniture, etc.), small repairs and installations of office and audiovisual equipment, monitoring of the maintenance of 5 cars (monitoring of technical checks, travel to garages for repairs, etc.), management and distribution of small equipment in the offices.
