Description:
Mixed framework agreements executing by purchase orders and by the conclusion of subsequent markets, with maximum amount by period and without minimum amount.
These are services for maintenance maintenance and repair work on existing fountains with creation of devices in the framework of individual operations.
The maximum number of lots which can be assigned to the same tenderer is 1 lot.
The lots will be analyzed in the following order: 1, 2, 3.
If a tenderer is in the situation to be awarded a number of lots higher than the maximum number above, The following arrangements will be applied:
As soon as the offer of the candidate arrived classified n 1 following the analysis of Lot 1 offers, the offer for the other lots, of the same candidate is excluded from the analysis of the following lots.
If the number of tenderers is not important enough, the remaining lot will be awarded between companies whose offers are regular, to the best -sting
Left bank: 3rd, 6th, 7th and 8th arrondissements
Right bank: 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 9th arrondissements
