As from the notification of the markets, the service provider has a period of 30 days maximum to organize the resumption of staff, planning and the holding of the preparatory meeting prior to the execution ofServices with the buyer's representative, the initial inventory of the buildings (s) with the buyer's representative and the preparation of the prevention plan.
The order form will also be enforceable on service order, 30 days maximum from the notification date,Unless agreed with the service provider.
The market has passed for a period of one year (or 12 months) from the date of notification. It is renewable 3 times a year, by express renewal, the total duration of the market that cannot exceed 4 years.
