- The following services are to be carried out on the rest areas and the customs platforms of the European community of Alsace, on all their rights -of -way both on traffic and parking lanes and on outbuildings: - Rental of collectors external to waste, containers; - the collection and elimination of garbage produced by the passage of users; - The collection and evacuation of containers and garbage cans. The waste will be evacuated to the valuation channels and the sectors in accordance with the regulations; - replacement of garbage bags of all types.
