This consultation concerns the maintenance and cleaning of municipal buildings. 1) Regularly including an annual repair, according to the annexed schedule: * The elementary school; * The sports complex, including the locker rooms and stands of the football stadium; * The rooms of Chateau des Bishops (the multipurpose room, the 3rd age room, the Foyer Selignac, the Narcissus room, the Passover room, the Colchiques room, the museum, the Italian room, the old door room) and the exterior WC of the castle; * The municipal police premises; * The premises Small snacks; * The early childhood relay; * Communal housing (exclusively two staircases); 2) Punctually, on order form, without restoration, according to the annexed planning: * the nursery school (exclusively dusting of classes beams and the courtyard) * creche (exclusively the windows and joinery and dusting lights) * Outdoor WC of the castle (during festive events) * town hall (exclusively windows and carpentry) * The salons of the terraces of the Chateau des Beques; 3) Punctually, on order form, with repair, following The annexed planning: * leisure center (exclusively the floors, windows and joinery, spiders, dusting luminaires) * School restaurant (exclusively floors, windows and joinery, spiders, dusting lights) * The salons of the terraces of the castle of Bishops ...
