Description:
The services consist of carrying out periodic checks (monthly or annual), checks (monthly or annual) and maintenance of the generators in the buildings of the members of the group, according to the informative and non-exhaustive list in the appendix, from 2026 to 2029. The equipment to be maintain, their characteristics and their location are mentioned in the informative and non-exhaustive list of installations to check. The details of the services to be carried out are specified in article 8 of the Specifications of Contractual Clauses. The framework agreement with purchase orders is made for a period going from notification and at the earliest from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, renewable 3 times by express renewal per period of one year, i.e. at the latest until December 31, 2029. In accordance with article R.2162-2 of the Public Order Code, the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum, with maximum, as follows: Maximum annual amounts: City: 10,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. 12,000.00 euro(s) including tax CA: 15,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. 18,000.00 euro(s) including tax CIAS: 15,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. 16,500.00 euro(s) including tax This framework agreement is managed in euro(s) excluding VAT, knowing that VAT for services relating to the CIAS is reduced to 10%. The prices in the Unit Price Schedule are applied to the quantities actually executed.
