Pays de la Loire region has been engaged for several years in its digital transformation. In the previous digital master plan, 2017-2021, voted in the 2017 primitive budget, the region wished to make available and develop collaborative uses. This includes in particular workIn team project mode, in order to limit the operation in silo (program n 5 "collaborative and transversality"). In this continuity, the Directorate of Digital Transformation has launched a project around documentary electronic management.
This framework agreement aims to accommodateIn SaaS/Paas, preventive, corrective and scalable maintenance, the support, and the settings of an electronic document management solution (GED). The framework agreement will also include support for the deployment of new perimeters and possible developments (integrationof a third-party API, file exchanges) to allow interoperability with business applications (paraphur, SAE, orchestrator).
